We serve the residential/commercial communities within the Almanor Basin.  We serve a population of about 4500.  We produce and/or sponsor community Programs and Events, as well as capital projects, with an emphasis on recreation, parks and trails.  Programs include the organizing and operation of

Additionally, there are Standing Committees that are open to volunteers for support of our Events and for participation in our Programs.  Please join our Board of Directors Meetings on the second Monday of each month at 6 PM to discuss a new program or event that you wish to lead, or to volunteer for existing ones with which you wish to help.
